Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by bank transfer. Digital wallets appear at checkout only if they have been configured.
How long does delivery take?
Orders to major cities usually arrive in 1–2 working days. Other cities typically take 2–5 working days. You will receive an order number to track progress.
Can I return a fragrance?
Unused, sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened attars and used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See the return policy for details.
How do I choose a size?
Each fragrance lists its own quantities with separate prices and stock. Start with a smaller size if you are trying a new composition.
